BOOTY AND SWAG
Prize Drawings: All Adventure and Competitor class racers will be entered and are eligible for prize drawings. One award per racer.
The management is currently seeking and accepting donations for race entries for races. They'll be listed here once arrangements have been made.
Door prizes and class prizes will be added as contributions are made, so keep checking back to this web page for updates.
Cash Award Distribution (Competitor Class
only)
$25 of each entry fee collected will be totaled for
that subclass and will be distributed between 1st,
2nd and 3rd place. That means the more people
entered in your subclass, the more cash that will be
distributed in that subclass to the top 3.
USCA Classes: There will be additional prizes for USCA classes, to be announced as soon as I can get the donations. The goal is to have a set amount of prize money for each USCA class, as opposed to a fluctuating about for the other classes. This will give the USCA racers an idea before the race of how much money is at stake. The plan is to have this amount be substantially larger than the other classes in order to promote USCA style racing, at the same time having prize money for the other classes.
Adventure Class Award: We're working on it, so stay tuned.
SWAG: All Adventure class and Competitor class racers will get a really cool hat with a really cool logo. It will be a different color each year. Hammer Nutrition and Nuun products will be provided in the race packet for all racers.
SALE: Technical race quality long sleeved shirts will be on sale at race registration, the starting line and the finish line. Checkpoints will also have shirts for sale. Once again, they will have the really cool logo.

BANK SUPPORT
While it isn't mandatory to have bank support, it's is strongly recommended. It's also recommended that bank support crews have hot soup or some hot drinks available for the racers in thermos bottles along the way along with some extra food. Calories will be burnt, so eat plenty. It's also very important to stay hydrated, even in cold weather as dehydration leads to hypothermia pretty quickly. Support teams should also have towels, change of clothing and blankets or sleeping bags available at meeting points and checkpoints along the way.
